Freshport Asia, Thailand’s cool care specialists, have been hard at work throughout 2019. Starting the year with Chris Catto-Smith delivering his knowledge of the cool supply chain at a major conference held in the Philippines. The year continued with a white paper being released about the banana supply chain and a look into the company’s innovative cover developments and said delivery of covers.
Coming full circle, the Freshport Asia team is ready to gather for the Asia Cold Chain Show 2019. Mr. Chris Catto-Smith is set to be a Panel Moderator and a Presenter for this year’s conference. Chris Reichert, Operations and Perishable Handling
Chris is responsible for the perishable air-cargo business and cold chain operations. He has lived in Asia for the last 10 years. He has extensive experience in perishable air cargo shipments and the development of thermal protection solutions including covers and returnable temperature control packaging. Mathilde is Freshport Asia’s associate Retail Supply Chain consultant. She has over 10 years’ experience in Vietnam; working on the field for key retail chains players. Michael Morritt, Logistics Architect, Implementation Project Management and Solution Design
Mike designs & manages the construction of operationally efficient logistics, and manufacturing facilities, throughout the globe to world class standards. Mike has spent a decade working & living in Asia, and has an excellent understanding of how to deliver world class facilities across the region in both tropical & temperate climates. Atilak Thamsoonthorn, IT Project Manager
Atilak manages IT projects in the area of application development, Oracle E-Biz customization, ETL, Business Intelligence, software implementation and application maintenance services. He also conducts risk assessment and business process improvement consultancy. He is also interested in project management, process improvement and application testing consultancy.
